1. This application under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div), 2nd Court, Basirhat, North 24 Pgs. to dispose of the Title Suit no.01 of 2017 expeditously.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at the instance of the petitioner, the fingerprint expert was appointed. However, the report of the fingerprint expert has not yet reached the learned Trial Judge. She, however, submits that repeated dates were fixed awaiting the report of the fingerprint expert.

3. In view of the orders sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity for issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite

party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned judge.

4. In light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2901 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div), 2nd Court, Basirhat, North 24 Pgs. to make an endeavour to see that the report of the fingerprint expert reaches the court at the earliest and the learned Trial Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the title suit no.01 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
