Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the accounts have been closed by the Bank under compromise settlement and "no dues certificate" to that extent has also been issued. He further submits that in view of such settlement the present application has become infructuous and as such the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present application.

The Bank/opposite party is also represented.

In such view of the matter, C.O.3107 of 2018 is dismissed being infructuous.

Copy of the letter issued by the Bank dated 24.12.2024 is taken on record.
