Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the adjudication orders dated 21st May, 2018 and 31st May, 2018 passed by the respondent no.2, relating to the assessment years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. Petitioner submits that in respect of assessment year 2015-2016, no copy of the adjudication order was served upon the petitioner.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents concerned denies this allegation and submits that office record says that it was actually served, however, he is handing over a copy of the same to the learned advocate for the petitioner who is present in Court. In view of the fact that the impugned orders challenging in the writ petition are of 2018 and that the

impugned orders are appeallable order, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA No.18805 of 2022 and accordingly the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availing any other remedy, if available to the petitioner, under the law.
