Learned advocate for the Board has intimated this court that in terms of an order passed by this court in WPA 24211 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 the Board has issued a notification and according to that notification, the petitioner would be allowed to participate in the recruitment process subject to the final result of the writ application.

The matter is disposed of.
