The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 4 to open the padlock which has been put on the flat at Premises No. 82/35 Prince Golam Hossain Shah Road, Kolkata - 700032, in order to allow the petitioner to enter into the house.

Such padlock shall be opened within 48 hours in the presence of a police officer. The time and date for compliance by the respondent no. 4, will be decided by the Officer-in-Charge, Jadavpur Police Station, in consultation with the parties.

The police authorities will keep strict vigil to ensure that no untoward incident takes place between the parties, in future.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
