1. This application under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div), 7th Court, Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit no.1205 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said suit is for partition and is pending from the year 2024.

2. After going through the order-sheet appended to this application, this court finds that the suit was instituted only on September 9, 2024 and the service of summons of the suit upon all the defendants is yet to be effected. Thus, the suit is not yet ready for hearing.

3. In view thereof, this court in not inclined to pass any directions for expeditious hearing at this stage.

4. With the aforesaid directions and observations, CO 2903 of 2025 stands disposed of.
