For the Petitioner Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of M. case no 652 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court Barasat, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. It appears that the case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed by the petitioner on 4th October, 2021. In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the matter within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The revisional application is disposed of.
