This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the Union of India for correction of a typographical mistake crept in the order dated 14th December, 2021.

It is pointed out that in the said order the name of the Counsel representing the Union of India has wrongly been typed as Mr. Anirban Ray. It should be Mr. Anirban Mitra.

The mistake is apparent.

Office is directed to correct the order dated 14th December, 2021 accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 14th December, 2021.
