None appears on behalf of the respondents in spite of service.

The writ petitioner claims to have been posted as Anganwadi Helper in 32, Hijalpukur United Club under Ward No. 14 by the Child Development Project Officer, Habra (Urban) ICDS Project, North 24-Parganas. She claims to have made representation before the Child Development Project Officer on 24th June, 2019 and a further representation on 28th August, 2019.

According to the petitioner, some disputes have cropped up between the petitioner and the private respondent that is Soma Bokshi who is an Anganwadi Worker of the selfsame centre.

The petitioner alleges that her honorarium from July 2019 has also not been disbursed in her favour. The petitioner alleges that the representations filed by her have not been taken into consideration till date.

As it appears that the representations filed by the petitioner are pending consideration at the end of the Child Development Project Officer, Habra (Urban) ICDS Project, North 24-Parganas, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the said respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 24th June, 2019 and 28th August, 2019 strictly in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties immediately thereafter.

The said respondent shall decide the issue within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representations of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representations dated 24th June, 2019 and 28th August,

2019 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
