The learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the opposite party nos.2 to 7 submit that both the parties have filed a Matrimonial Suit being No.103 of 2024 in order to obtain an order of divorce on mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. A certified copy of the order sheet passed in MAT Suit Case No.103 of 2024 along with the petition have been filed before the Court. Let the same be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner filed a written instruction which stated that based on the aforesaid ground the petitioner was not willing to proceed any further with the hearing of the instant revisional application. Let the said written instruction be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The personal appearance of the parties is noted and dispensed with.
