It transpires from such submissions that although the CESC Limited duly gave connection to the petitioner pursuant to the order dated April 30, 2024 passed in WPA 18460 of 2023, due to stiff resistance by the private respondent/alleged contemnor, the petitioner is not being able to enjoy electricity supply. The court being prima facie satisfied of violation of the order of this Court, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor indicating that the matter shall be listed on September 13, 2024, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit of service to that effect.
