1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the borrowers and praying for a direction upon the learned Debts Recovery TribunalIII, Kolkata to dispose of the S.A. Application No.327 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
2. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the S.A. application is otherwise ready for hearing and the next date of hearing before the DRT is fixed on January 8, 2026.
3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned DRTIII.
4. In light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2911 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned DRT-III to make an endeavour to dispose of the SA 327 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
