Mr. Biswas, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the provident fund account of the petitioner has been transferred from his earlier school to the school wherefrom he has retired from service, as such, the first grievance of the petitioner has been meted out, but his retiral benefits has not yet been released. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E) Purba Bardahman is the pension sanctioning authority of the petitioner but the said authority has been left out, as such, to pass an effective direction, leave is granted to the petitioner to add the said authority as a party respondent to the instant writ petition. The added party is a state authority, as such, in view of the

appearance of Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate for the state, further notice to the added respondent is dispensed with.

W.P.A. 18464 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the added respondent to process the pension case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
