By an order dated 11th January, 2022, 27 petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

However, by reason of a typographical error, the name of the petitioner no. 27 being Nitai Roy had not been incorporated in the said order. Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 11th January, 2022 by incorporating the name of the petitioner no. 27 being Nitai Roy after the names of the other petitioners in the third paragraph of internal page 2 of the order dated 11th January, 2022.

This rectification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the order dated 11th January, 2022. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
