This matter has come at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the order dated 6th August, 2024.

This application for anticipatory bail was filed in connection with Palashipara Police Station Case No. 287 of 2024 dated 16.06.2024. However, inadvertently in the order dated 6th August, 2024, the Police Station Case has been wrongly mentioned as "247 of 2024" instead and in place of "287 of 2024".

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 6th August, 2024.

4. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.
