I have considered the statement under Section 164 of the cr.p.c. of the victim also.

Having considered the documents which have been placed and which are part of the Case Diary, I am of the view that the investigating officer would carry the investigation to its logical conclusion.

An apprehension is expressed on behalf of the petitioner in respect of threats for withdrawal of the criminal case.

In view of the case, now, being investigated under the provisions of the POCSO Act, it would be the duty of the investigating officer to arrange for necessary protection to the children who have been victimized of the circumstance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19201 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
