Petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerhead in respect of repairing work. Petitioners allege further that the police authorities are aiding the private respondents. Attention of the Court has been drawn to the orders passed by the learned Executive Magistrate as well as that of the revisional court. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Kanksa P.S. Case No.126 dated 03.08.2010 was registered for investigation against the petitioners and subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted. There are series of cases under Sections 107/116(3) of Cr.P.C. as well as Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS. Having regard to the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the existing dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would only act when there is violation of

law and order. So far as the other issues are concerned, it would be for the appropriate court/forum to deal with the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18297 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
