1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. An undated report has been filed by the OC, Bantra Police Station wherefrom it appears that certain criminal cases have been registered against Champak Mukherjee, the private respondent no. 5 herein and investigation of the cases are proceeding.

3. Learned advocate representing the private respondent nos. 5 & 6 submits that, the subject properties were transferred in favour of Chayan Mukherjee, one of the sons of the petitioner, immediately after filing of the instant writ petition.

4. Learned advocate representing the private respondents produces copy of two deeds being no. 050204608 & 050204609 registered on 23rd May, 2018. The same is perused and returned to the learned advocate.

5. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that there is a private civil dispute with regard to the immovable properties. It will not be proper to direct the police to meddle with private civil dispute of the parties.

6. It will be open for the parties to approach the competent forum for remedy, if so advised.

7. The police is, however, directed to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the locale and the petitioner is not harassed by the private respondents in any manner whatsoever.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
