I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioner that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, W.P.A. 14262 of 2009 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
