Case No.110 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 under Sections 189(2)/126(2)/117(2)/109/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Mr. Anwar Hossain Mr. Abhishek Verma ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a fight between neighbours, which resulted in similar injuries on both sides. Case and counter case were registered. Anticipatory bail may be granted on any condition. A charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory and refers to the statements of witnesses, including the victims. He also refers to the injury reports, some of which show inflicting of injury with iron rod, etc. on vital parts of the body, including head. One of the victims had to be treated in hospital.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the injury report showing inflicting injuries on vital parts of

the body like head, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
