1. Mr. Ajit Nayek, Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas is present virtually before this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsels for the parties that the order in question has been complied with. All amounts payable to the petitioner have been paid. Documents evidencing the same have been given to Mr. Syed Shamsul Arefin, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant.

3. In view of the above, W.P.C.R.C. 18 of 2026 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

4. The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

5. Copy of the documents evidencing payment is kept with the record.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
