Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in torturing the victimhousewife who committed suicide, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
