1. The applicants are the petitioner nos.3, 4 and 5 in CRM (A) 2688 of 2024. Leave is given to delete the name of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 from the cause title of the present petition. Consequent thereupon, petitioner nos.3, 4 and 5 as originally mentioned shall read petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 corresponding to petitioner nos.3, 4 and 5 in CRM (A) 2688 of 2024.

2. Considering the fact that we had allowed the anticipatory bail to the present petitioners and having regard to the averments made in the petition by which they expressed their inability to obtain one local surety, we modify the order to the extent that the petitioners shall furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each instead of one local surety to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

3. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate within 10 days from date.

4. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

5. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
