The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 26th June, 2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Tamluk.

The subject-matter of the case relates to a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the time constraints which are provided in the said Section, I am of the opinion that the main proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 2550 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
