Both the petitioner as well as the private respondent have been heard on 9th November, 2022 and the parties have been directed to file their respective pleadings.

WPA 18835 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the constituted authority, namely WBRERA to dispose of the

matter within a period of four weeks from the end of November, 2022.

Needless to say, copies of the decision shall be made available to the parties within a period of one week from the date on which such decision is taken.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
