Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim boy implicates the petitioner in the offence. His statement is corroborated by medical evidence.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
