Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure disclosing role of the petitioners in assaulting the victims, one of whom succumbed to injuries, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
