We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners do not stand on the same footing with the coaccused, who have been granted bail. That apart, prayer for bail of Shamir Ghorui was turned down by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. 8134 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
