Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder. Petitioner is also an absconding accused and has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
