The revisional application was disposed of by the order dated February 22, 2022.

The matter has been brought to the list for correction of some typographical errors in the said order.

In the 5th paragraph at the first page of the said order, due to typographical error, the name "Cygnus Investments & Finance Private Limited", has gone down as 'Cygnus Investments & Limited'; omitting the words 'Finance Private'.

Similar error has also cropped up in the 4th paragraph at the second page of the said order. Therefore, the name 'Cygnus Investments & Limited' appearing in the said order be replaced by the name "Cygnus Investments & Finance Private Limited".

The department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the said order dated February 22, 2022 as indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties.

Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
