Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner No.1 is the wife of the deceased. She had illicit relation with petitioner No.2. Petitioners in collusion with one another committed the murder. Petitioners were present at the place of occurrence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected at this stage.
