Vaisya Mr. Suman Dey ...For the Contemnor No. 1 Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya Mr. Mrinal Ghosh ...For the Contemnor No. 2 Re. : CPAN 1014 of 2019 (Contempt) In this contempt application, it is clear that subsequent to the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this High Court dated December 18, 2015, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Birbhum, in pursuance of such order, passed his order dated September 16, 2016.

Accordingly, no contempt arises in this matter. The plea of the petitioner is now that in spite of the order that was passed by the District Inspector of School (S.E.) Birbhum, no further action has been taken by the higher Authority. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be adjudicated in contempt jurisdiction.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In the light of the same, the contempt application is disposed of.
