It is further submitted that no overt act is attributed to him. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that prayer for bail of co-accused Mangal Yadav has been turned down by this court in December 2021.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime and prayer for bail of co-accused Mangal Yadav who is similarly circumstanced with the petitioner had been turned down by this court in December 2021.
