Let the report be taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the father of the fifth respondent is being physically assaulted by his son.

However, the police report reflects that mainly issues have cropped up because the petitioner has married twice and there are number of children out of two marriages.

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is an old person and that the fifth respondent who has some antecedents is always trying to dominate and also consistently physically assaulting and tortures not only him but his unmarried daughters also.

Be that as it may, the police authority, particularly the Officer-in-Charge of Thakurpukur police station, is directed to keep a strict vigil so that there is no further breach of peace at the locale.

With the above, WPA No.19200 of 2024 stands disposed of.
