Petitioner has preferred the present writ petition on the basis of a representation which was submitted to the Inspector-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station on or about 04.06.2022. More than 28 months have passed since such information was submitted to the police authorities. If the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, petitioner would file a fresh representation.

State has submitted a report in respect of the steps which were taken at the relevant point of time.

Be that as it may, as directed above, at this belated stage no directions can be passed by this Court. Petitioner would act in terms of the directions passed above.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18733 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
