1. Affidavit of service is filed and taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that in the partition suit petitioners obtained the ex parte ad interim injunction on 22nd March, 2022 and thereafter petitioners filed one application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for implementation of the order of ad interim injunction which was refused by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chanchal, Malda by the impugned order assailed in this revisional application.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has further submitted that after filing of the revisional application, the said ad interim injunction was vacated and as a sequel the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

4. Given circumstances, the revisional application

stands dismissed being infructuous.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
