Today, the writ petition is fixed for consideration and passing final order. Mr. Himadri Barua, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that petitioners have duly been paid the arrear dues. Therefore, petitioners are not willing to press this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
