In the cause title portion of the order dated 17.05.2024 'CRR 3051 of 2012' shall be read as ''CRR 3051 of 2011'. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 17.05.2024.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
