The instant application is filed under Section 397, 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 29.08.2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly in connection with the M.P. case No. 414/2011 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
