Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is part of the racket which printed fake bills of the Municipality and extracted money from the public on the basis of such fake bills. The investigations are yet to be concluded. There are incriminating materials in the case diary. Apparently the petitioner is a part of a racket which prints fake bills of the Municipality to extract money from public. The need of custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4040 of 2022 is dismissed.
