Ali ...for the petitioner Mr. Pradip Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the assistance and supervision of the Chakulia Police Station and the Superintendent of Police, Islampur Police District, Uttar Dinajpur, construction of the property has been completed into the process of complaint.

In so far as the charge sheet filed pursuant to the petitioner's complaint and FIR, Mr. Roy submits that the same is perfunctory and inadequate. Appropriate steps under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P.C. may be taken.

The Chakulia Police Station, Uttar Dinajpur shall continue to provide protection to the petitioner to complete the construction of his house.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
