In the matter of : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being Misc. Case No. 321 of 2011 under Sections 18/19/20/22/23 read with Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Record reflects that the revisional application is yet to be admitted. Today, when the matter has been taken up, no information has been furnished before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings.

As such, no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3056 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
