1. The injury report is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties including the advocate representing the de facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the de facto complainant submits that the matter has been amicably settled.

4. The learned counsel for the State submits that the injury is simple in nature.

5. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and the nature of injury and also having regard to the fact that the de facto complainant is presently exonerating the petitioners in view of Signed By :

the amicable settlement, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.

6. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Madan Mondal alias Madan Mohan Mondal and Koushik Mondal respectively shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.3,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. The petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when required.

8. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
