Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner was enlarged on regular bail. He absconded and warrant of arrest has been issued against him. In view of the materials on record and the conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
