Learned advocate for the petitioner appears and submits that pursuant to the order dated 27th April 2022, the writ petitioner has already been granted the retiral benefit as is applicable to him. He seeks necessary order to be passed in this case.

In view of the submission as mentioned above, it appears that petitioner's grievances have already been redressed. Hence, there would not be any further ground for adjudication in this case. The writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
