Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 04.08.2023.

In the fourth line of the cause title portion of the order dated 04.08.2023, the words 'under Sections 323/506 of the Indian Penal Code' shall be read as 'under Sections 323/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10/17 of the POCSO Act'. 3.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
