Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

It is submitted that he has been falsely implicated. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner had set fire on the house resulting the death of a minor girl and had absconded for seven years. We have considered the materials on record prima facie implicating the petitioner in the aforesaid offence. His prayer for bail has been rejected on a number of times. He had absconded for seven years.

Under such circumstances, we are unwilling to grant bail to the petitioner. We are informed the trial has commenced. We request the trial Court to conduct the trial with utmost expediency at an early date preferably within one year without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 8153 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
