1. This intra-Court appeal is against an interim direction. The writ petition is still pending.

2. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the interim direction issued, as it will be well open to the appellant/petitioner to raise all points when the writ petition is being heard on the next date.

4. Since the learned advocate for the appellant pleads urgency in the matter, we grant liberty to the learned advocate for the appellant to mention before the learned Single Bench for inclusion of the matter in the list.
