The petitioners and the private respondents are co-sharers in respect of the plot in question. The petitioners allege that the private respondents are raising boundary wall by encroaching upon a portion of their share.

The dispute between the parties is civil in nature and cannot be dealt with by the Panchayat authority. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of their grievance. Nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

The same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
