Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have been identified in the course of T.I. parade. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected at this stage.
